Efficient PAPR reduction scheme for OFDM-NOMA systems based on DSI & precoding methods

Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM)-based Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) systems are one of the promising technologies to be implemented in novel broadcasting and communication systems. One main challenges OFDM-based is high peak average power ratio (PAPR), which degrades system efficiency. Partial transmit sequence (PTS) precoding approaches among best PAPR reduction schemes. The methods not as good PTS-based ones. On other hand, computationally complex mostly degrade BER. In this paper, an efficient scheme, based on dummy insertion (DSI) techniques, proposed overcome previous limitations. Furthermore, a generation procedure devised for method. We demonstrate that developed scheme has remarkably better BER performance than approaches. Moreover, it much less compared PTS methods.
